Chef Eric's passion for cooking began in his mother's kitchen in Oak Park, Illinois, where nightly home-cooked meals and special-occasion feasts brought family and friends together. Seeing the joy food created, he knew he wanted to share that same feeling with others.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Eric earned his associate degree in culinary arts and went on to work alongside multiple James Beard-nominated chefs across the Midwest. Since returning to Chicago, he has served as Sous Chef at Dove's Luncheonette and as Lead Cook for the Google Food Program. Since 2023, Chef Eric has served Chicago-area families with tailored meal prep and curated dining experiences for private and large-scale events.

Chef Eric creates food that brings people together, sparks conversation, and builds lasting memories. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys working out and camping with his family.
